Paul Bleau Chokes, Part 3

Paul Bleau's new book, Chokeholds, provides a never-ending source of material for my blog.

For instance, was Lee Harvey Oswald a loner?

In Chapter 1, "The Official Record Impeaches the Warren Commission," Bleau writes: (pages 80 - 81 in the Kindle edition)

The committee had other troubling conclusions: Neither Lee Harvey Oswald nor Jack Ruby were the loners depicted by the Warren Commission, and were involved in relationships that could have matured into a conspiracy ...

Bleau notes above that "neither Lee Harvey Oswald nor Jack Ruby were the loners depicted by the Warren Commission ... "

He also writes: "The claim that Oswald was a loner with no ties with intelligence agencies is one of the greatest deceptions put forth by the Warren Commission." (page 225)

However, later in his book, in Chapter 6, "Prior Plots, The Fair Play for Cuba Committee, and Useful Idiots," Bleau quotes from James Douglass's book, JFK and the Unspeakable: (page 242 in Chokeholds)

Both Vallee and Oswald could be shown to have extremist political views. Both owned rifles. Both were basically loners.

How's that for having it both ways?
