Jim Garrison Feigns Indignation at the Mention of Clay Shaw's Homosexuality
In 1982, Jim Garrison sent the first five chapters of his new book on the JFK assassination, The Execution , to McGraw-Hill. He wanted to launch it in November 1983 to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of the assassination. The book was rejected a few weeks later in October 1982.
