Was Oswald Incensed by this Article?

Updated: 4 days ago

Did Lee Harvey Oswald see this story? He read yesterday's newspapers every day at the the Depository, so it is likely he saw this -- probably on Wednesday, November 20, 1963.
I am sure he would have been incensed by this story.

Just as he was probably angry about this story in the September 9, 1963, issue of the New Orleans Times-Picayune.

Wesley Liebeler managed to get the Times-Picayune article into the 26 volumes, but not into the Warren Report itself. Here is a memo that Liebeler wrote to Rankin:

Update

Oswald writes that he infiltrated the DRE and that and that he called the New Orleans D.A.'s office with information about a bond issue that anti-Castro Cubans were selling for an invasion.
Oswald must have been incensed at what the Kennedy administration was doing to Cuba.
