Perry Raymond Russo, star witness in the preliminary hearing of Clay L. Shaw on conspiracy charges, said the late David Ferrie mentioned former President Eisenhower as another potential target.
"You never knew when he was kidding and when he was serious," Russo said of Ferrie, speaking at a meeting of the Lakeshore Lions Club. [Emphasis added]
