I think this is a good review on some of the principals of momentum and kinetic energy, which I think has been confusing at times in this case.
A couple of comments I would make is that the statements they made that momentum is a physical force should be reworded, but that doesn’t impact their message.
Secondly the message that bullets don’t majorly impact body motion is relevant, and backward hurling of bodies is Hollywood stuff, but the statement “So once and for all: no momentum-induced translocation of a person receiving a hit from a small arm takes place” could probably use some additional clarity on translocation and the mass of the object hit. This tends to sound like no position changes would happen at all. They did mention that small linear motions can be seen but on gelatin blocks which have far less mass than a human body. But on larger body mass parts, like the head (and attached torso) seen on the Zapruder film, the initial movement of the head and torso, both forward, as a result of a rear strike was evident, at a little over 2” and 1” respectively by z313/314.
Overall, a good general overview.
