The first person to investigate the Rose Cherami story for Jim Garrison was Anne Dischler, who then teamed up with Lt. Francis Fruge.

As you can see, there is nothing here about any foreknowledge of the JFK assassination, although there is mention of her supposed connection to Jack Ruby (on p. 2 of the March 1967 notes) .
