Here is the second half of the Tosh Plumlee interview. There is also a short segment of an interview with Gerry Hemming at 49:29.
Hemming also claims that he met Oswald in 1959, and that Oswald wanted to be part of the Cuban revolution. No need to take Hemming with any seriousness -- he long has a reputation of making stuff up.
