Was Jim Garrison Paid by the CIA?

Jim Garrison charged that the lawyers of various witnesses, including Gordon Novel, were paid by the CIA. In the late 1970s, Gordon Novel was charged with firebombing a building in New Orleans and one of his lawyers was Jim Garrison.


This prompted a very funny comment from a prosecutor.
