Luna Comes up with a Bombshell!

Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna came up with a bombshell yesterday; She announced that the KGB files on Lee Harvey Oswald would be released in the fall.
“I’ve been told that the KGB had actually observed Oswald in Russia when he was there as a citizen, and he was actually not a good shot,” Luna told Cuomo. “This is not also the only piece of information that we have.”
The KGB observed Oswald in Russia? Who told her? That's news to absolutely no one. This is yet another indicator that she does not know the case. I wish she would abstain from commenting on the assassination (sometimes abstinence is the best policy) and just focus on documents.
Even the Warren Report realized that the KGB would have an intense interest in Oswald: (page 272)
Of course, Norman Mailer got access to a lot of records held in Belarus about the surveillance of Oswald while living in Minsk.
At the end of the cold war, the leadership of the K.G.B., demoralized and seeking favor with the pro-Western reformers then coming to power in post-Soviet states, briefly opened its files on the accused assassin of John F. Kennedy, Lee Harvey Oswald.
The material was so intimate as to be painful to read, showing unequivocally that the K.G.B. had Oswald under intense surveillance, even at night, for the two and a half years he lived in the Soviet Union as a defector.
“They go to bed,” a transcript states at one point, according to the only Western researcher to read it, Norman Mailer.
The agency had a peephole into Oswald’s bedroom here, taking advantage of a thin wall between it and a neighboring apartment, where a watcher sat.
I hope that Luna can get both sets of files -- the surveillance files of the Oswalds in Minsk, and the investigative files of the KGB. I would also like to get the KGB files about their operations to convince Americans that the CIA was behind the assassination.
Luna should stop talking about the assassination and focus on JFK assassination records. She could add to the credibility of her committee by having Robert Reynolds and Larry Haapanen testify in public, and stop the conspiracy nonsense.
