Now Here's an Important Lead!

Here is lead #4 from Garrison's November 1967 leads memo:

This lead was followed-up and here is the memo from Richard Burnes, who is one of the great memo writers.

I'm amazed they transcribed this phone call, and even at the end, Burnes is determined to go back to the informant for more information. When you go back and read the various "leads" memos from Garrison, it's amazing how many were just rumors.
