Jim Garrison on Judge Haggerty's Guidelines

In April 1967, Judge Haggerty handed down strict "guidelines governing conduct" of the prosecution and the defense in the Clay Shaw case.

Garrison didn't think much of Judge Haggerty's guidelines.

Note Garrison's quote:

"The judge was just making a suggestion when he handed out the guidelines. The District Attorney can make any statements he wishes."
